revolution
Makes a solid of revolution.
A revolution is a solid formed by the revolution of sections about an axis.
The section may be a polygon or a region. If the section is an unclosed
polygon it is extended to the axis from the unclosed ends, if this is
possible. An error is thrown if not. The section is not actually closed
in this case though, as this would result and a infinitesimally thin hole along
the axis. A positive angle will always result in the solid being lofted above
the section plane, negative will result in the section being casted below, regardless
of the axis sign.
