revolution

Makes a solid of revolution. A revolution is a solid formed by the revolution of sections about an axis. The section may be a polygon or a region. If the section is an unclosed polygon it is extended to the axis from the unclosed ends, if this is possible. An error is thrown if not. The section is not actually closed in this case though, as this would result and a infinitesimally thin hole along the axis. A positive angle will always result in the solid being lofted above the section plane, negative will result in the section being casted below, regardless of the axis sign.
